Breast enlargement results for women equal to or taller than 5'8", but shorter than 5'10":
This patient was a 38 year old woman 5’8" tall and weighing 128 pounds with A- cup breasts. She has no children. McGhan 230 cc textured teardrop implants were placed under her pectoralis muscles through peri-areolar incisions and filled with 240 cc (right) and 230 cc (left) of saline. The post-operative photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She now wears a B cup bra.
This patient was a 24 year old woman 5’8" tall and weighing 145 pounds with A cup breasts. She has no children. McGhan 300 cc textured anatomical implants were placed over her pectoralis muscles through peri-areolar incisions and filled with 300 cc of saline. The post-operative photos are shown 10 months after surgery. She now wears a C cup bra.
This patient was a 30 year old woman 5'8" tall and weighing 144 pounds with B- cup breasts. She has two children whom she breast fed a total of four months. Mentor smooth, round 375 cc implants were placed under her pectoralis muscles through inframammary incisions and filled with 400 cc (right) and 385 cc (left)of saline. The post-operative photos are shown three months after surgery. She now wears a C+ cup bra.
This patient was a 31 year old woman 5'8" tall and weighing 121 pounds with B cup breasts. She has two children whom she breast fed a total of 35 months. McGhan smooth, round 350 cc implants were placed under her pectoralis muscles through inframammary incisions and filled with 385 cc (right) and 360 cc (left) of saline. The post-operative photos are shown four months after surgery. She now wears a C cup bra.
